"I got it working quickly..."
I got it working quickly, so the setup itself was easy enough. That said, after the hassle I went through, I was expecting at least a simple apology

"Seems safe around my dog"
I was a little worried at first, but my dog can’t really get anywhere near the trap. It seems to work fine and I feel okay having it around.

"Not sturdy enough for what I expected"
I wanted to like this because the idea is actually useful, but once I got it set up, it just felt a little too flimsy for me. As someone who usually tries to buy outdoor stuff that can hold up for a while, the lighter plastic and cheaper-feeling parts made me question how long it would last outside. Setup wasn’t bad, but I definitely expected it to feel more solid for the price. Overall, kind of disappointing.

"Clear Instructions and a Easy Setup"
The instructions were straightforward and easy enough to follow, and I was able to get everything set up without too much trouble. I did have to go back and read one step a second time, but overall it was explained clearly. All in all, a good experience

"I picked this up because I..."
I picked this up because I really didn’t want to use glue traps or poison around the shed. So far, it seems to be working well, and from what I can tell, the kill is quick, which was probably the biggest thing I was hoping for.

I’m giving it 4 stars because getting it set up the first time took a little messing around, and I’m not totally sure the instructions were as clear as they could’ve been. Still, it does seem to do the job, and I feel better using this than some of the other trap options out there.

"Reliable and easy to count on"
I’ve been really thankful for how dependable this trap has been. It resets on its own most of the time, so I don’t have to keep going out to check on it. There was one small hiccup after some rain where it missed, but it’s been reliable overall and easy to leave out without worrying about it

"Good trap, but the bait didn’t hold up"
I liked the idea of the trap and expected the bait to last a bit longer. It seemed to work fine for the first few days, but then it either dried out or just stopped attracting anything. I ended up having to replace it sooner than I thought I would. Maybe it works better in other areas or conditions, but for me the bait didn’t really live up to what I was hoping for.

It works okay overall, but the maintenance is just, like, every time I think I’m done, there’s something else to clean or adjust. Not terrible, just more annoying than I expected.

"Shipping was much faster than I expected"
I ordered from goodnature.com thinking it would probably take at least a week to get here, but it showed up in just a couple of days. I was a little surprised by how fast it arrived.
The tracking was simple to follow, and the box was in good shape when it got to me. Overall, I am happy with the whole shipping experience and do not really have anything to complain about.

"Works well and was easy to get going"
I’ve been happy with this trap so far. The whole process was easy overall, and once I got it set up, I noticed way less activity within a few days. It did take a little bit of fiddling to get everything just right, so it’s not totally perfect, but it definitely does the job better than the old trap I was using.

I needed a replacement part for my trap and was expecting it to be a hassle, but I found it quickly on the site. Compared to other places I’ve tried, this was much simpler, and it saved me from having to buy a whole new trap.

"Hard to justify the price"
I’ve usually been loyal to this brand, which is why I was a little conflicted about this one. The product itself is fine and works as expected, but for the price, I just expected more. Once you add the extras and shipping, it ends up feeling way too expensive for what you’re actually getting. I wanted to love it, but I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Didn’t hold up outside"
I left it outside thinking it would be fine, but the weather got to it way faster than I expected. After a short time, it already felt weaker and just didn’t seem like it was made to last outdoors. whoever runs this should make that a lot clearer.
